Better Way
Právě vychází prvotina teplické kapely Fate Magazine nazvaná The Better Way u RGM Entertainment.Tu lepší cestu si pětice bezesporu vybrala.
Na CD The Better Way je patnáct písní (pět v češtině, zbytek anglicky). Muziku v kapele většinou obstarávají Martin (kytara, vokály, programování) a Radek (kytara, vokály), texty píše David. I když Fate Magazine je kapela, která tvoří dohromady.Videoklip ke skladbě Každou vteřinou se právě dokončuje pod taktovkou známého tandemu tvůrců videoklipů – Tondy Vomáčky a Davida Beránka – a zhruba od druhé poloviny listopadu by se měl začít vysílat ve vybraných hudebních TV pořadech, televizích. Video verze hitu Každou vteřinou se natáčela v prostorách Červeného hrádku v Jirkově na severu Čech. Kuriozitou je, že si zpěvák David nechal dobrovolně, avšak mimoděk (nikdo nestudoval návod a vedlejší účinky), poleptat sliznice červenou skalicí, kterou se barvila voda ve vaně pro jeho koupel (v rámci scénáře). |

CIRCUS PONORKA
Do It Yourself
Circusu Ponorka práve vychází deska u RGM Entertainment pod názvem Do It Yourself , který dost přesně naznačuje, jak to u Circusu Ponorka chodí. Přestože u Circusu Ponorka je vizuální zážitek nesmírně důležitý, samotná deska je kolekcí kvalitní muziky zahrané excelentním muzikatem, jakým Honza Ponocný bezesporu je. Honza Ponocný je hudebník každým coulem. Vždyť už hrál nebo spolupracoval s takovými osobnostmi jako např. Ivan Král, Meky Žbirka, Ivan Hlas, Jana Kirschner, Steve Walsh - Erasure, Norah Jones, Jean Couture-Alanis Morissette, John Riley-Seedy Gonzales, Václav Koubek, Laura a její tygři, Ivan Hlas, Ridina Ahmed, Ewa Farna, Jean Couture, Bradley Stratton a další a další.
Na zcela desce Do It Youself najdete dvanáct písní, z nichž pilotní singl Monday Morning už hrají vybraná rádia.
Deska byla nahrána ve studiích x-rain a v-zlin, hudbu složil kompletně sám Honza Ponocný, s texty mu pomáhal John Riley, Václav Koubek a Jack Johnson. |

Markéta
Angel with a devil inside and gold in her throat – this is young Markéta Poulíčková, who has noted a lot of successes not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad despite her young age.
Markéta has just finished her second album, to which it gave not only her voice and face, but also her name.
The first swallow from the new album „Markéta“ is single „Dancing“, which has been played on Czech radios over a month. The best musicians of the present Czech scene worked on the album containing twelve songs. |

Lipa spieva Lasicu
Peter Lipa is a Czechoslovak personality throughout the 1980s regularly rated by the Jazz Forum periodical of the International Jazz Federation as the most important performer in this style of music. His songs are based on the blues and soul, in his music conventional jazz is permeated with Dixieland, chanson, spiritual, even elements of funk and rock. The new album, “Lipa Sings Lasica”, has assumed the character of evergreen songs. This is appreciated not only by lovers of Lasica’s humour and music connoisseurs, but also by all those loving pleasurable music, unrestrained by style or generation. The arrangement and sound give a very modern impression, which is underlined by the participation of the young singer, Jana Kirschner, in the vocal accompaniment. Peter Lipa does not conceal his admiration for Joe Cocker and Bobb McFarrin. RGM Entertainment is preparing for distribution a selection of the best songs from his work to date. The “Travelling on…” album is a selection of 10 hits from the previous two albums Travelling and Pure Love supplemented with the most recent composition Namibia which Ras Sheehama dedicated to the country in which he was born but which he had to leave for political reasons together with his family when he was 13 years old. |

Kady je cesta ode Zlína ...
Where does the road from Zlín go? This question may be answered by the second profile record of Cimbalom music band of Walachian ensemble KAŠAVA. Through this media we would like to share the rich folk song fundament of Zlín and its surroundings with you. Zlín is a city situated right between the two important folk regions – Walachia and Moravian Slovakia. Despite of its rapid urban and industrial development in the 20th century, thanks to famous BATA shoe factory, it had always had a very wide folk song base through the history. This has been revealed by the famous folk songs collector František Bartoš and a few followers. Out of their published collections and archived recordings, we have chosen songs that attracted us most. That way you can listen to tragic ballads as well as to humorous girls´ drinking-songs. Since the road from Zlín can have a lot of different directions, we are going to take you to the southern and central Walachia, the region around the Spa town of Luhačovice and even to Moravian Slovakia, which is very close to our hearts. |

The recordings reflect the existing concert repertoire of Odpolední směna (The Afternoon Shift). So these are mainly the songs of the boat's captain Karel Markytán written not only for his own pocket but also for two other singers, Blanka Táborská and Pavel Husár, and partially the songs from songwriters close to these front men throughout their singing career. You will also hear two brand new things, including the album's title song. The style in this case is colour, variety and a lot of enthusiasm. Such is the brand new album called Večírek (Evening Party) which is right now trying to find its way to you. Recorded in a studio it wants to be as live as possible. |

Just as cellists worship Dvořák's Concerto in B minor and pianists reap the deserved success with Tchaikovsky's Concerto in B-flat minor, also violinists lean with benefit on the concerto works of the two most inventive Slavonic neo-romantics renowned for their wide range of melodic potential, emotional warmth of artistic expression and refined sense of instrumental challenges. Although the new live digital recording will have to compete with many rivals, it is obvious that Pavel Šporcl's artistry and the sensitive accompaniment of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra with the conductors Vladimir Ashkenazy and Jiří Bělohlávek are able to stand up to any comparison. |

The fiendish technique which brought this violin magician's audiences to ecstasy is still today the yardstick of ultimate virtuosity. Pavel Šporcl toys with the compositions with truly incredible consummate skill, brilliance and lightness. It is again an exceptionally successful project which also includes a remarkable contemporary composition of D. N. Baker on the theme of Paganini's 24th caprice. |
